About the Role

We’re hiring a Content Strategist to lead content development across Chimpy’s B2B and B2C channels. This role requires having a good pulse on effective storytelling, brand voice, performance optimization, and collaboration across functions. The ideal candidate is an action oriented strategic thinker, with strong creative instincts and a natural entrepreneurial mindset.


Key Responsibilities

  • Help define, iterate, and maintain the content strategy and editorial calendars across B2B and B2C platforms in collaboration with the Head of Marketing.

  • Write and edit B2B content that aligns with brand tone and business goals.

  • Own content briefing process: write clear, strategic briefs for content writers, copywriters, and content creators.

  • Hire and manage a roster of freelance writers and creators across languages and formats.

  • Ensure that creative outputs from design and media teams are strategically aligned with briefs.

  • Develop concepts for brand campaigns in partnership with the Head of Marketing, agencies, and freelancers.

  • Work with biz dev to improve the narrative and clarity of presentations, pitches, and B2B assets.

  • Manage translation and localized adaptation of workflows in collaboration with native translators and copywriters.

  • Analyze content performance, draw insights, and iterate accordingly.



Requirements

  • Strong writing, storytelling, and brand voice skills

  • 3+ years of experience in content strategy, copywriting, or editorial roles

  • Experience in both B2B and B2C content environments

  • Strong in English, German and Swiss-german slang (Italian and french are a +)

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in small teams

  • Experience managing freelancers and content workflows
